In the 2019/2020 school year, 3,477 learners were enrolled in vocational training programmes as part of apprenticeships. The training organization is required to appoint one or more tutors. The tutors are responsible for the practical training, pedagogical supervision and supervision of the trainees. The state contributes financial incentives to training companies (see below). According to the definition of the labour code (L.111-1), professional orders are responsible for the accreditation of training companies. All teaching offers and educational applicants must be registered with the EPS (ADEM). Below, for your information, is a table of changes, around 2019/2020 ESFA funding rules reflecting certificates/degrees giving the specific profession or profession in learning. As in the 2018/2019 school year, the proposed vocational training system: professional colleges also participate, by prescription, in the design of training framework programmes and in the development of training programmes (see Q20). Apart from regular learning, the practical part of some CCP and DAP programs can be visited in public training centres (which gives the same qualifications).
These routes are aimed at young people who have not been able to find a place for regular training in the company, as well as adults who need to retrain. Program committees are responsible for defining the training framework program, which consists of a minimum percentage of business training that is not defined by regulation. For each profession, an individual scheme is defined and updated each year. In short, most courses account for more than 50% of practical training. However, for some occupations, this is not representative of the levels and qualification areas from 20% to 75%. Apprenticeship contracts are governed by certain general provisions of the labour code: employers can claim reimbursement of the employer`s share of social security contributions in the apprenticeship allowance paid (see Q 14). The total number of trainees in 2019/20 represents 26.3% of the total number of learners in higher vocational education. Initial apprenticeship vocational training (which results in CCP, DAP or DT qualifications) legally requires an alternation between work-based learning in a training company. Program committees are responsible for synchronizing school and practical training.
